Let’s face the facts: if you’re in your fifties or forties, you’re going to be rolling with many people who are half your age and probably twice as strong. At the time of this writing, I am going to be 38 in September, and I somehow have to find a way to hold my own against people who are ten to fifteen years younger than me and far more athletic.
So what can people like me do when we’re rolling with people who have both youth and strength on their side?
