Roberto “Cyborg” Abreu is a celebrated competitor from the Carlson Gracie lineage whose arguably biggest feat was securing the ADCC 2013 Absolute Championship. In addition to this Cyborg won World Nopgi Championships, Brazilian Nationals, Panamericans and other. He’s usually in the Heavy/Super heavy division.
And his style is unique because he’s largely self-taught. Best way to learn, according to Cyborg is teaching! Teaching forces a different perspective and forces anticipation.
Here he shows a kimura version he calls “Are You Kidding Me Kimura” starting from the Half guard.
From their your hand that’s controling the wrist goes under your leg leaning on opponent’s leg.
From there he inverts.
