Undefeated Bellator middleweight and multiple-time IBJJF World Champion Rafael Lovato Jr. has the chance to add more gold to his already impressive collection.
On January 26, Lovato and reigning Bellator Middleweight Champion Gegard Mousasi will clash at Bellator 214 for the promotion’s 185-pound title.
The news was announced only hours ago on Bellator’s Twitter account:

If Lovato is successful next year, it will not be the first time the 4th degree black belt dons some MMA gold. Back in 2016, Rafael won the Legacy FC Middleweight Championship after defeating Marcelo Nunes. Lovato would defend the title once before going over to Bellator.
Rafael Lovato Jr. last fought in September of this year, winning via a third-round rear naked choke over John Salter at Bellator 205.
All but one of Lovato’s wins have come by way of finish.
