Rafael Lovato Jr. subs Tanner Rice at Fight to Win Pro 11; Jeff Glover beats Justin Rader in main event

Black-belt Rafael Lovato Jr. is going through another great stretch of his career. After winning double gold at the World Master Championship in August, Lovato was invited to do a superfight opposite Tanner Rice, a black-belt under Rubens Charles “Cobrinha,” at Fight to Win Pro 11, which took place last Saturday the 10th at the Cox Convention Center, in Oklahoma City. In the co-main event, Lovato was victorious as he caught Rice in a cross-collar choke.

The main event saw Ricardo Franjinha black-belt Jeff Glover defeat Justin Rader, who’s a black-belt under Lovato, by decision. In the night’s third most important bout, Lovato pupil James Puopolo caught Luis Rubricava in a cross-collar choke as well.
