It does not pay to shoplift. In this video, a shoplifter gets big surprise from off duty cop. The cop stopped the shoplifter on his way out of an establishment with a bag full of goods. The shoplifter tried to resist and beg for a release, but the cop pinned him to the ground and kept him there until the other police got a chance to come to the scene. The video shows the struggle between the shoplifter and the police officer while they await the arrival of the other police officers. The off-duty cop held his own and did not let the man go before his time.
