What is pescatarianism?

Pescatarianism or pescetarianism, also ichivivarianism (Latin for fish – pesco) is a type of semi-vegetarianism diet. It is a plant-based diet excluding red meat and poultry from it but leaving fish and seafood.

There are a few reasons why someone may decide to eat a pescatarian diet. People choose to add fish to a veggie diet so they can get healthy advantages of a plant-based diet plus heart-healthy fish. Others might be trying to curb the environmental impact of their diet. For others, it might be just a matter of taste.

Kron Gracie’s pescatarian diet

His diet is due to the need for healthy eating, which allows him to perform at a high level. Kron on his diet is eating fish, not much dairy and gluten, no milk. He is adding “I don’t have any hard rules: I think I eat the things my body needs at the time it needs them.” Also, Kron is saying that he is just testing things and seeing what is working good for him. Diet and food, in general, is not the most important thing for him. “My priority isn’t eating, my priority is training, so I am gonna eat what I need just to get me through the training”.
Kron Gracie is summarizing his diet as just healthy. However, he is also saying by pescatarian diet he feels he is helping to support things good for the world and environment.

His attitude towards food met with some criticism. He was accused of kinda don’t know what he is doing and just eating some expensive stuff that is supposed to be healthy because of the price. Some also point out his hypocrisy. Because at one sight he is talking about eating food that is good for the earth but at the same time you can see him eat stuff that is definitely not sustainable. Someone summed it up well Kron Gracie is good at fighting and he should stick to it and not talking about diet.
