Recently, a Moroccan national opened fire on a high-speed train in France. He boarded the train with an AK-47 assault rifle, multiple magazines loaded with ammo, and a knife. A handgun was found on the assailant after the situation was defused. After conflicting news reports, we now have more details about what actually happened. It turns out that four people worked to prevent the shooter from wreaking more havoc on the train.
Multiple people were shot on the train, and others were injured by a knife. Before the rampage could get started, four people rushed to subdue the Moroccan man. That includes two United States servicemen, an American college student, and an elderly British national. Spencer Stone engaged the suspect first, tackling him to the ground. In the scuffle, he was slashed multiple times on his hands and neck.

All four men were able to subdue the assailant, a man that authorities say has a connection to radical Islam. Stone has since been released from the hospital. The three Americans, who are friends, and the British man are being hailed as heroes. Still, here’s the kicker: the US hero serviceman that stopped terrorist in France trains Jiu-Jitsu. A US Air Force member with training in Jiu-Jitsu is something to fear, folks.
