Olympian Kayla Harrison Topples Larissa Pacheco at PFL 12

Olympic gold medalist and grappling machine Kayla Harrison remains undefeated after PFL 12 on Thursday night after a dominant performance over challenger Larissa Pacheco. Harrison won by unanimous decision in Uniondale, New York. Her record is now 4-0.

Pacheco is best known as a judokah who took home Olympic gold in 2012 and 2016. Her transition to MMA began in 2016, but it wasn’t until June 2018 that the fighter began smeshing opponents for PFL.

Despite winning, Harrison seemed disappointed with her performance. Pacheco is the first opponent to face Harrison who was last until the final bell:

Regardless, she is now ranked 3rd in her division just behind Sarah Kaufman and Bobby Jo Jaziel.
