Mike Tyson’s new role in Ip Man is pitting the tattooed pugilist squarely against the Martial Arts king himself. A computer generated image of Bruce Lee is reported to be used in some scenes in the movie, although the extent of the use of Bruce Lee’s image on the film has not yet been revealed by producers. Bruce Lee is one of the proteges of the real Yip Man, so his involvement in the film, no matter how surreal can be seen by some fans as apt. Donnie Yen is reprising his role as Ip Man and a Mike Tyson vs Ip Man showdown is more than likely, especially since Tyson has expressed his enthusiasm for learning more about Chinese martial arts prior to taking the role.
