Plenty of adults have experienced the benefits of jiu-jitsu firsthand, and it’s no surprise that so many of them want their kids to train BJJ, too. Kids’ jiu-jitsu is a rapidly growing part of the martial art, with more and more parents realizing how BJJ can boost their children’s self-esteem and health while also giving them valuable self-defense knowledge that they can use if they get bullied.
Now, a documentary by Mac Coplin is going to explore that very concept. “Little Grapplers” has been in production since April of last year, and it will focus on all the benefits that jiu-jitsu can give kids. Take a look at the trailer below, and get excited for the documentary’s release in May!
