For those of you who didn’t hear the news yesterday, Leo Vieira will be taking on Chael Sonnen at the ADCC Championships in Finland next month.

Leo filled in for Chael after his former opponent Frank Mir (who was filling in for another former opponent) dropped out.
The Jiu-Jitsu Times asked Vieira what thought about taking on Sonnen at the ADCC Championships.
Vieira isn’t worried:
“Every grappler is a significant challenge special when they are strong then you,” Vieira told us via email. “We have a significant weigh difference but I believe so much in bjj skills and I don’t think will be a problem! I have Buchecha, Panza, Thiago Sa, Arnaldo and so many big guys on the mat everyday for be ready for this fight.”
Leo Vieira and Chael Sonnen will be going toe-to-toe on the mats live on September 24 from Helsinki, Finland.
