This time, Professor Osiander is showing his viewers the finer points of the kata-guruma – aka, the “shoulder throw” or “shoulder wheel.” This is a great technique to use if your opponent is holding you by your lapel and keeping you away. Kurt also shows an interesting addition to the throw: grabbing his own gi.
