But like any technique you practice in jiu-jitsu, what seems doable when you’re practicing with a training partner who’s just letting you do the move is a lot harder when someone is offering resistance on the other end.
In this clip, Invisible Jiu-Jitsu‘s David Morcegao demonstrates what to do when your opponent defends against your armdrag-takedown attempt, giving you the opportunity to still get the takedown despite their resistance.
