UFC color commentator and BJJ black belt Joe Rogan called out The New York Times over what he claimed was a misleading description of the Conor McGregor-Floyd Mayweather fight.
The description in question is a tweet which describes McGregor´s face as ¨completely bloodied.¨It also said the Irishman and UFC Lightweight Champion was ¨about to fall through the ropes.¨

Rogan responded to the tweet, saying that while he agreed with the stoppage, the description ¨is not true and and very disappointing in a newspaper I read regularly.¨
The color commentator then went on to highlight the importance of good journalism in our age of ¨fake news.¨
