Jiu jitsu has been helping a brave 13 year old fight his diseases for some time now.

Doctors say that Luis the Bear currently suffers from the hold of 8 autoimmune diseases. He frequently deals with tremendous amounts of hair loss, general loss of skin pigmentation, large amounts of skin rashes, very painful eye bulging, a local thyroid disease, the Graves disease, and a very painful instance of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Almost every day that Luis has had to fight has been a difficult struggle, and he has to deal with dozens of different medications and their side effects. He has to see doctors twice a week in order to manage his symptoms, all while he tries to have fun as a teenager.

The fight that this brave young boy face is uncanny, and he has already inspired so many people with his strength and courage.
