Raimundo Nonato Machado, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coral belt and prominent figure for Nova União BJJ association in Manaus, Brazil (AM), who also serves as an investigator for the Civil Police, was involved in an altercation in the parking lot of a condominium in the capital of Amazonas over the weekend.
A security camera captured footage of Machado instigating his wife, Jussara, to attack the nanny, Claudia Gonzaga de Lima, who was on the ground.
In the video excerpt, Machado can be heard saying, “Hit her head! In her head. . Knock. Break her face. Shortly after, lawyer Ygor Colares arrived to assist the nanny, who is employed by him.
The Jiu-Jitsu coral belt then proceeded to assault Colares and handed the firearm to his wife. Jussara struck Claudia with the butt of the gun and subsequently fired a shot, which struck Colares in the leg.

The couple continued their attacks until the arrival of the police. Jussara was apprehended at the scene and now faces charges of illegal weapon possession, discharging a firearm, causing bodily harm, and making threats. Machado provided a statement and was released. However, the Public Ministry is seeking Machado’s arrest.
Lawyer Ygor Colares and nanny Claudia Gonzaga de Lima were rescued and are currently in stable condition. Further details regarding the cause of the altercation in the parking lot are not yet available.
