A recent news report that a local Jiu-Jitsu academy helps Valley Fire victims to recover from serious financial losses. While there is a long way to go to get many of these victims back on their feet, the dojo raised thousands of dollars to help out with the recovery efforts. The money went to the family of one of their students who suffered severe setbacks as a result of the tragedy.
Members of the dojo hosted a large event to raise additional funds for his family. A number of top black belts attended the event to help get people’s minds off of the horrible tragedy.
