Jason “Mayhem” Miller has been a fan-favorite for years, well known for his entertaining style and “Bully Beatdown” TV show.
However, he’s ran into trouble with the law yet again.
The former UFC fighter was arrested and booked on a misdemeanor charge on August 30, in West Hollywood (California).
According to online LA County Sheriff’s Department report, he was booked at 5 am and released about six hours later.
So what happened? Report indicates that Miller’s fan tried to approach him inside a nightclub.
A verbal altercation took place soon after, ending up with “Mayhem” allegedly putting the fan into a choke hold.
The security intervened and the MMA fighter fled the scene before police arrived.
However, when he returned to the nightclub the next day, he was arrested on spot.

This isn’t the first time Miller ran into trouble with the law. For example, back in 2017 he pleaded guilty to domestic violence charges.”Mayhem” was also sentenced to one year in jail for vandalism and violating a protective order back in 2019.
He received yet another one-year prison sentence for vandalism and attempted grand theft, alongside with domestic violence and resisting arrest charges in 2021…
That landed him in prison from June 2022 to May 2023.
