Isaque Bahiense wins triple gold at Mexico City International Open

Young Isaque Bahiense is killing it lately. One week after winning the Copa Podio GP, the Alliance fighter flew to Mexico City to nab three gold medals. It all went down Feb. 25 at the Alto Rendimiento National Center.

The IBJJF-held International Open had a no-gi section and a gi section. Isaque won two no-gi gold medals and the middleweight gi gold medal. Carlos Eduardo de Araújo of Brasa also did well — he won the gi absolute and super-heavyweight divisions.

Renzo Gracie Mexico came out on top of the teams competition. Click here for the gi results and here for the no-gi ones.
