Poland’s Adam Wardzinski was the big winner of the Munich International Open, held Feb. 26. The Checkmatter won double gold in the gi and out of it by beating big BJJ names.
In the gi, the Alan Finfou pupil took down the super-heavyweight tourney in the final vs. Lucio Lagarto. In the open he defeated Igor Silva.
In the no-gi section, Wardzinski beat Matheus Rodrigues at super-heavyweight and Filip Sadowski for the absolute gold.
