If you’ve ever wondered what it might be like to take a class under the instruction of Ralph Gracie himself, be advised that you might want to bring a helmet (at least, if you make a lot of mistakes).
This video documents what it’s like to receive instruction from this accomplished black belt, and although Gracie’s tongue-in-cheek threat turns out to be valid, the class looks like it can keep you laughing and entertained while you learn a heck of a lot of jiu-jitsu.
