Professor Shepherd has been a practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 1993.
He has won numerous awards around the world in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA.
He is a US Nationals, European Cup and Indiana State Judo Champion to name a few.
Professor Shepherd is continually training and seeking knowledge from top practitioners around the world.
