A – Lie down with your arms backwards, as Alvaro Romano demonstrates in the photo.
B – Try to raise your body without using your hands, using your
legs as leverage for the movement. Bring one of your legs forward
at the same time you throw the other backwards. Remember to
keep both legs bent.
C – In reaching this position, start to return.
D – To begin the movement, first put your shoulder on the ground.
Extend our legs, thus returning to the initial position.
E – Start the movement over again immediately, doing ten repetitions to each side.
