GMA member Renato Tavares will be offering a very special class at his Vero beach academy.
He will be hosting an Alvaro Romano’s Ginastica Natural class on September 10th.
Romano’s method has been used by lots of BJJ and MMA champions, such as Xande Ribeiro and the Nogueira brothers.
