Georges St-Pierre talks training for fun in a recent interview in Las Vegas in which he described his new outlook on life where now he trains for pleasure instead of merely for performance, as used to be the case in his younger days.
The interview also touched on drug testing moves by UFC & much more. The new stricter UFC testing rules, which came into effect July 1, could impose a possible four year suspension on first-time offenders.
St-Pierre said that he is happy with the testing changes, since PEDs appear to be a problem in the UFC and give fighters an unfair advantage. He believes the new rules could make the UFC a leader among other organizations facing the same challenges.
