Gabriel Sousa has been on top of the BJJ food chain for years now.
He scored outstanding victories against the world’s best, such as Mikey Musumeci, Gianni Grippo, and Ethan Crelinsten.
Last year, he had a spectacular run at the 66kg division of ADCC 2022; beating Ruan Alvarenga, Jeremy Skinner, and Diego “Pato” Oliveira – losing only in the final match against Diogo Reis.
Sousa has scored a number of IBJJF World Championship silver medals, as well as almost won the Who’s Number One 2021 lightweight tournament.
So, it’s needless to say that Gabriel Sousa is aiming to bring his Jiu-Jitsu to a whole new level ahead of ADCC 2024.
And that his transition to Essential Jiu-Jitsu will showcase interesting developments in his game.
