Danielle Kelly and Bianca Basilio, two of jiu-jitsu’s top female competitors recently added $50,000 to their bank accounts, thanks to their bonus-winning performances in ONE Championship.
Making her second ONE Championship appearance, Kelly squared off with four-time Sambo world champion Mariia Molchanova on the lead card of ONE on Prime Video 4, which took place on Friday, November 18.
Kelly made quick work of the Sambo expert, who had virtually zero no-gi grappling experience. After pulling to closed guard, Kelly worked her way to Molchanova’s back before sinking in a rear-naked choke. The submission earned the BJJ black belt her second ONE Championship performance bonus.

Just hours later at ONE 163, Basilio made her successful promotional debut against Japan-based BJJ black belt Milena Sakumoto.
An ADCC champion and one of the best pound-for-pound female competitors on the planet, Basilio ran through the out-matched Sakumoto in just 42 seconds. Basilio immediately snapped her opponent to the ground to start the match, spun to the back, and secured a rear-naked choke, encountering very little resistance along the way.
