Former UFC fighter, Steven Ray, has set up a GoFundMe campaign – with the goal of reaching £100,000 to fund his daughter’s brain surgery.
Ray has been competing in MMA since 2010 and sports a 25-11 record. He is also known as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete, who won a grappling match against Paddy Pimblett back in 2019.
“Braveheart” has competed in the UFC from 2015 to 2019 and is now a Professional Fighters League (PFL) fighter.
Recently, he shared heartbreaking news regarding his 7 year old daughter, Myla.
Myla has been diagnosed with the Cortical Dysplasia Type 2, which is a “cerebral developmental malformation that causes drug-resistant epilepsy”.
