Finishing The Fireman’s Carry With Less Effort

You don’t see many fireman’s carries in BJJ, and for good reason. Not only is it tough to pull off, but it leaves you vulnerable to a crucifix choke.

In this video, Gracie Technics brown belt Ben Egli shows you an easier way to finish this move.  Instead of trying to throw your opponent over your shoulder, Egli suggests throwing him forward. This is especially useful if your opponent is bigger than you and starts to sag his weight.
