UFC President Dana White has just given us more information on the recently-announced Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather fight.
It will be on August 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Mayweather Promotions will put together the undercard.
The fight will be a boxing match.
After updating fans on the card, White took the time to field some social media questions.
As far as who will win the fight, the UFC President believes it is anyone’s match:
Whenever two guys get in there and start throwing punches, anything is possible. If you talk to Conor McGregor, he’ll make you believe that he’ll win the fight.
White also answered a question no doubt on many mixed martial arts’ fans minds: will McGregor defend his title again.
“Yes,” answer White. “Conor will defend his belt. Conor will actually turn right around and fight again this year right after the Mayweather fight.”
