What’s up everyone. I see a lot of white belts posting about competition anxiety and concern with their first tournament experience.
I’m been a black belt for 15 months. Today was my second attempt at Pan Ams as a Black Belt.
Lost again first round to a 3 stripe Black belt. That means he’s been a black belt for longer then I’ve been grappling.
Now my challenge is how to bridge that experience gap.
So rest assured. Once you resolve any issues in your game at White belt there are many more to come in the future.
The learning never stops.
