To kick off our coverage of the event that itself kicks off the 2018 season of IBJJF competitions, today we’re remembering a display of technique by Caio Terra from two years ago.
The 2018 European IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship will take place this month in Odivelas, Portugal. It will end on the 21st and will start no later than on the 18th — and we’re phrasing it that way because it may start as early as the 15th, depending on how many people sign up in total.

In 2016, Caio Terra shone with refined technique and beautiful submissions. In one of the first matches of his outstanding campaign, he pulled a triangle that evolved into an armbar. Check it out:
