Multiple-time IBJJF Champion and Wendall Alexander black belt Bruno Bastos is training like a beast in preparation for ADCC Finland.
Of course, he always trains like a beast, so very little has changed.
“There’s no reason to change much since it’ll be 7 training days until I fly to Finland,” Bruno told the Jiu-Jitsu Times. “The good things is that I had a 12 weeks training camp for the IBJJF Master Worlds that happened 3 weeks ago, so I’m still in a very good shape.”
Bastos, who has been training BJJ since he was only ten years old, is confident in his skills to make his way on the podium. He told the Jiu-Jitsu Times that his knowledge of the rules would help him in the tournament.
I believe that the fact that I know the rules very well can play huge in my favor. I’ve had some great victories over big names of Jiu-Jitsu and Grappling overall under these rules set.I’m confident in my skill set to have a good performances during the tournament and finish on the podium.’m very honored to be invited for what people call the “Olympics Of Grappling”. That’s going to be my 3rd time competing at ADCC Worlds.
You can catch Bruno Bastos at ADCC Finland this weekend.
