A month ago, a viral video circulated showing a kid knocking out a bully who was picking on a blind student. Now, the blind kid goes on TV to thank the hero that KO’d his bully last month. Legally blind Austin Higley thanks his friend Cody Pines on national television on Wednesday’s Dr. Phil airing. Friends since elementary school, Pines stepped in when he saw another kid hitting Austin. A single blow knocked the assailant down, with Pines warning the assailant against any further attempts against Austin. Pines encouraged other students during the show to think about their actions whenever they bully others.
