2017 ADCC champion Beatriz Mesquita and 2017 Pans champion Patrick Gaudio have taken the next big step in their relationship.
The couple announced on social media that they’re now engaged following Gaudio’s proposal at Serra do Roncador in Saquarema, Rio de Janeiro.

Both ADCC veterans, Mesquita and Gaudio are among the top jiu-jitsu athletes in the world. Gaudio also has a Euros and Brazilian Nationals title to his name, and Mesquita is a multiple-time Worlds and Pans champion.
