I saw a post today in the white belt BJJ Facebook group where an older man was nervous to compete even though he is addicted to the sport. This hearkened me back to when Celebrity Author and Chef Anthony Bourdain (R.I.P.) took the time to compete in the IBJJF New York open.
Anthony was 60 years old at the time but he still went out there and did it, and won!
