If you’re someone who likes happy news in their feed, we have something for you. Rising Atos star Dominique Bell was surprised with the ultimate promotion by Professor Andre Galvao last night, and the look on his face when the black belt comes out is priceless.
Bell, aka Instagram’s @dubious_dom, is an Army veteran and comic artist whose name really started to shine when he landed at the top of the IBJJF’s rankings of brown belts in November 2017. He was promoted to brown belt by Galvao back in 2015 during recovery from a severe wrist injury.
Atos posted this video of the promotion earlier today. Much respect and congratulations, Professor.
