A: Yes I have some suggestions for you… First of all, check out some sample anaerobic routines and more anaerobic routines, first published on this site a long time ago. Some of these are absolutely miserable to do, and very effective to boost the size of your gas tank on the mat.
If these aren’t enough for you then also check out the rather large number of articles I have on the topic of conditioning for combat sports – I’m sure you’ll find some other good ideas for you lurking there!
