Amanda Nunes’ featherweight title will be on the line at UFC 256 when she steps up to face Megan Anderson in December, according to ESPN.
The event’s venue and location is yet to be announced.
Nunes, who also currently holds the bantamweight title for the promotion, has already defended her featherweight title, defeating Felicia Spencer in June by unanimous decision to do so. She has defended her bantamweight title five times as well.
Anderson is coming off a two-fight win streak, earning both victories in the first round. She also defeated Cat Zingano in the end of 2018, also finishing that fight in the first round.
UFC 256 will take place on December 12 of this year.
