Kevin Walshe is one of about 48 million people all over the world who are on the autism spectrum. Like many people with autism, he sometimes faces challenges with social cues and interpersonal interactions, and earlier in his life, this contributed to deeper issues. Eventually, Walshe decided that he may not even want to continue living anymore.
Thankfully, though, Walshe’s life turned around for the best when he began to train jiu-jitsu, and the effects on his happiness and overall quality of life have been phenomenal.
