Team Atos star Keenan Cornelius triumphed again last weekend at the SJJIF World Jiu-Jitsu Championship, held in California. Having dominated the event in 2017, he didn’t hold back this time to achieve a repeat performance.
With the result, Keenan goes back home with two more gold medals — one at super-heavyweight and the other from the absolute division. In the latter, he made his way through his bracket to meet his teammate Gustavo “Braguinha” Batista in the final. With a sweep that began in a spin from the lapel guard, the American scored the decisive points.
