Day 2 of the 2015 American Nationals crowned its champions this Saturday at the UFC Fan Expo, in Las Vegas.
The highlight of the day was Mikey Musumeci’s win over João Miyao in the light-feather division.
It was Musumeci’s debut in the black belt division after recently being promoted to the new ranking.
In the other divisions, the champions were: Paulo Miyao (Feather), Osvaldo Moizinho (light), Tanner Rice (Middle), Rhalan Gracie (Medium-heavy), Ricardo Bastos (Heavy), Arnaldo Maidana (Super-heavy), Ricardo Feliciano (Ultraheavy).
In the open class division, Wellington Peroto beat Carlos Farias for the gold medal.
In the female division, Amanda Loewen got back at Sarah Black to win the open class after losing for the rival on Friday at the no-gi open class.
