19-Year-Old Jiujiteiro Chokes Man After Man Complained He Was Too Loud

Four people have been arrested this week for allegedly beating San Ramon, California resident, Casey Pletz.

The beating happened late on Friday night.

Pletz, 23, heard four young men yelling outside of his home.  When he confronted the group and told them they needed to leave, one of the men, 19-year-old Jordan Manibusan, began beating him.

Manibusan has been practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu since he was eight years old.  Though we do not know his rank, he is almost certainly skilled in the art.

According to Pletz, Manibusan choked him unconscious and two of the 19-year-old’s friends got involved, kicking Pletz in the face and body.

Luckily, a neighbor got involved and scared the attackers away.  Pletz, however, still suffered a broken nose, bruised kidney, fractured cheekbone, and other cuts and bruises.

One of his neighbors said that if the neighborhood hadn’t gotten involved, Pletz could have been killed.

Manibusan was arrested on Tuesday.  He was booked in the county jail in Martinez and is being held on $80,000 bail. The other three accomplices were caught on Thursday.  They are all being held in a county youth detention center in Martinez.

A GoFundMe has been set up to pay Casey Pletz’s medical bills.
