The new Canarinho Rash Guard is a tribute to the mythological Brazilian soccer team that conquered the 1970 World Cup in Mexico. This title was very special to Brazil because the country got to keep the coveted Jules Rimet trophy for winning 3 World Cups (Sweden 1958, Chile 1962 and Mexico 1970). The dream team was composed by Pelé, Tostão, Jairzinho, Rivelino, Carlos Alberto, Clodoaldo and Gérson among others. Canarinho means small canary (bird), a Brazilian variety with bright yellow colors, and its how the national team is affectionately referred to in Brazil (Seleção Canarinho). The "10" on the back is Pelé's number and the main team is listed on the bottom left on the back together with a silhouette of the Jules Rimet trophy. A Brazilian postal stamp reproduction commemorating the feat is also featured on the back.
- The Canarinho rash guard uses the "Ice Silk Lycra", our top performance fabric that wicks moisture away from the body and is super stretchy and comfortable.
