This is a pretty dope choke that I came across when I was rolling. Watch how I create these “weaving” patterns with my legs that resemble a spider web. The idea is to create a trap by weaving these confusing patterns that are very difficult to follow. The triangles can be both traditional triangles or inverted triangles and can come from both sides. I have always been a big believer in being “bi-lateral symmetry” (or being equally good at both sides) when doing triangles. At first you will catch yourself favoring one side…but as you develop your game you will want to transcend beyond sides and there will be just triangles! Have fun and stay creative!
