Parts 1 through 5 attached below!

Some new Triangle details – Part 2 – Here you can see already two important elements of my triangle game and how I stress the pinching motion of the knees to better facilitate the remaining triangle set up process. Check out part 3 for the remaining details. If you are having trouble setting up the triangles the traditional way or your opponent never taps when everything seems lock and loaded check out this orignal tips, they might make u a triangle believer again. ???? I apologize for having to breakdown the video in a few parts but IG only allows 1min long vids. #Osss #Bjj #triangles #newmaterial #sankakujime #renzogracierockland #renzograciebjj P.S. New Triangle details – Part 3 – Did I mention I don’t like lifting the #Hips while setting up a triangle? It allows often for the opponent to posture. The secret in moving his arm across without lifting your hips is in the #underhook as I display here with my right arm, and grabbing not my ankle but right behind my knee. His arm is no longer an issue, and I basically have a tight vice around his head the prevents posturing and escaping. Watch Part 4 for the last crucial detail. This is the way I like to set up and finish all my Sankakujime – If you are having trouble setting up the triangles the traditional way or your opponent never taps when everything seems lock and loaded check out this orignal tips, they might make u a triangle believer again. ???? New Triangle details – Part 4 – where were we? Ah yes, underhook, extented the arm, grab behind the knee, tight control on our opponents head to prevent #posturing. With that in place I can now open my legs and shrimp out to gain the proper ankle to properly secure the triangle. Note: Posting the foot in the floor instead of on the hip allows for a stronger hip movement. Our shrimping motion forces our opponents elbow/arm to separate from the core of his body. As #DemianMaia always says elbows close to your body equals strenght, elbows away from your body is a weak frame etc. Very hard to posture or properly stack as a defense now with such an akward base and separation. Notice also the #angle and the concept of locking an opponent in your #pocket, one of the most secure positions to finish your opponent in. Watch part 5 for a very simple but often overlooked details that even many black belts don't t know. ……………………… This is the way I like to set up and finish all my Sankakujime – If you are having trouble setting up the triangles the traditional way or your opponent never taps when everything seems lock and loaded check out this orignal tips, they might make u a triangle believer again. ???? New Triangle details – Part 5 – aka the End! The detail that even many black belts get wrong is the position of your opponent's shoulder. Did you know that? It should never be locked inside your triangle if you want a tight effective submission. ???? Note that two #Forces are in play in this triangle variation, the classic #Compression aka strangle, and a strong #Extension force on the neck spine, that make the opponent feel like his head is separating from his body. ???? #deadly Hope this will help you improve your sankakujimes, and pass by @renzogracierockland anytime if you have any technique questions or just want to roll with the crew and I.
