I had a great time conducting a seminar this past Saturday for Team Hopkins GJJ training day 2015. It is always special to witness the growth of the Association and also seeing the students progress in technique, belts and personal growth. Always want to commend my friend Allen Hopkins for the great job he does spreading the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu gospel and following the teachings of his instructor Master Pedro Sauer.
