One of the most impressive fights I've ever seen live was Wanderlei Silva v Guy Metzger in Pride 10 in Saitama, Japan. In that fight both fighters traded open blows, daring each other to take a punch and deliver a better one. I remember thinking to myself: "The first one to blinks goes down hard". And sure enough Silva KO'd Metzger at 3:45 in the first round. It was so intense and so phenomenal that amount of energy that Wanderlei (And Metzger) brought to this fight that the crowd went absolutely nuts. (read more)
