From Jeremy Arel: After checking through my videos I was shocked to realize I had not filmed this. This is an amazing technique and one of my highest percentage mounting techniques.
It may appear that it requires some flexability but truthfully it’s way easier on the body than it looks. I highly recommend trying this. This is one of those moves that you can probably see and attempt while rolling as it’s pretty simple and there are not a lot of moving parts.
Two things to remember
1. Make sure you don’t lean back when you pull your foot up to your chest or your opponent will bridge you over.
2. Try not to touch the legs and DO NOT go over the knees.
