The 2013 Worlds adult male brown belt open class final was a special match for Paulo Miayo.
After several tries, he finally managed to defeat his and his brother’s nemesis, Keenan Cornelius.
The match was one of the highlights of last year’s edition of the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship.
One year later, both Cornelius and Miyao have become black belts and will compete in their first Worlds in the new rank.
If the Miyaos venture in the open class maybe they can meet Cornelius again.
Don’t forget to register today for the 2014 Worlds.
The final deadline is May 19.
